I recently had four new tires installed at the Tigard Discount Tire, and the experience was exceptional. Huge thanks to Jayden, who went above and beyond by helping me facilitate a Michelin treadwear warranty claim—even though my previous tires were purchased from Costco! The entire team was fast and professional, completing the installation in under 30 minutes. The outstanding quality of service has certainly made this my new go-to tire shop. Highly recommend!

The people at discount tire are amazing. I brought some wheels I bought second hand to get new tires mounted, they ended up being bent, but we thought only the rear wheels were bent. I came back the next day because I felt vibration, they tried rebalancing but reccomended new wheels because they discovered all were bent. But informed me if I bought new wheels, they’d take the new tires off the bent wheels free of charge. When I came back the fourth time for my new wheels, they saved me 200$. I will be back, the best customer service I’ve ever had!! Wish i remebered the one gentlemen who was there everytime I showed up, but I’m sure he knows who he is.

First off, I appreciate the good tire work they do and the good service and bargains they provide. As a customer, you're better off knowing a few things first though: 1. TIME. As other reviewers have noted, appointments don't really seem to matter much and wait times can be long. My appointment was for 10 am on a Thursday and the expected job time was 1h 40m to change out pre-mounted tires. 2. SECURITY. These guys are very busy and sometimes forget things, so monitoring your car's security is useful. During their initial inspection, they left my car unlocked in their parking lot, and so I locked it. And then, once again, after the tires were changed, the car was parked across the street outside the parking lot, and once again left unlocked. 3. MONITOR. Visually monitoring the state of the tire job is useful. I was told that they would call me once the job is done, but all the guys at the front desk are pretty much constantly on the phone with other customers, and so I was never told my car was ready. It was only after the job went longer than expected, that I went to see what was going on in the garage, and learned that the job had already been completed and my car had been re-

I ordered tires from tire rack to have this place install. It was the fastest tire experience I've ever had. After paying they had new tires on the car in less than 20 minutes. They have free water bottles, coffee, and wifi. I will definitely come back. The person that checked me in, Alex, was wonderful as well.

Elijah really stands out as not only a manager but as a representative of Discount Tire as a whole. The day prior he called to confirm my order and arrival. My order was missing an item so he followed up first thing the next day and was able find another local store had said item. The item came in before my appointment and the overall install of the new wheels + tires was seamless. Elijah always kept me informed and did his best to ensure that he was meeting every customer’s personalized requests. 10/10 for Elijah!
